David Corbin has held CEO and COO roles at seven different middle market companies ranging in size from $40MM to $200MM in Consumer Products, Healthcare, Consumer Durables, and Home Furnishings. Two of those companies became successful ESOPs led by David. He has won several prestigious awards including an INC Magazine Entrepreneur of the Year award and the Excellence in Ownership Award from the National Center for Employee Ownership  ( NCEO ). David led The Steve Silver Company to be one of the nation’s most innovative and high growth ESOP’s out of 11,000 ESOPs nationwide. Most recently, he is a Senior Operating Partner at Lincolnshire Management, a leading private equity fund with over $2billion under management. David holds a BA from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard University. He is a Six Sigma Blackbelt . David is also a former member of the US Sailing Team having competed in the America’s Cup and other international races for the US. Outside of work, David enjoys his family, sailing , and mentoring entrepreneurs.
