Looking to get into Government Contracting but confused on where to start? Join speaker Courtney Mustin to learn about SWaM Certification.
The Small, Women-owned, and Minority-owned Business (SWaM) certification program is a state program of Virginia. Courtney Mustin, Business Services Manager for Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity, will teach attendees about the benefits of SWaM certification and how to apply. This program is a recommended prerequisite to eVA training.

Speaker: Courtney Mustin, Business Services Manager, Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity, is employed by the Virginia Department of Small Business & Supplier Diversity as the Business Services Manager covering the Central and Western Central Regions of The Commonwealth. She works with start-up, and emerging, as well as established small businesses to implement economic growth and development by teaching them how to conduct business with Virginia state and local agencies which require their particular goods and services, and also by partnering with other entities to cover a vast array of topics to engender success for small business owners. She began her career with The Commonwealth at the Virginia Department of Transportation then moved to what is now the Department of Small Business & Supplier Diversity. She’s been employed by the Commonwealth for 20 years.
