Join us for a hybrid Q&A session discussing taxes for small business owners.
You can have the opportunity to ask all your questions about filing taxes as a business owner, the implications on reporting business grants, and more. You can also get tips on how to be best prepared for next year’s tax season, how to use QuickBooks as a great tool for bookkeeping and for easy tracking of your business finances.

Devy Goradia from Accounting Solutions PLLC, Devy is a seasoned CPA with extensive experience in bookkeeping and accounting, Devyani Goradia has worked in several industries in the Charlottesville and Albemarle areas including construction, retail, and travel. Before forming her own firm in 1999, Devyani worked in the tax department of a reputable Charlottesville CPA firm, preparing individual, corporate, and partnership income tax returns. In addition, Devyani has taught cost, intermediate, and tax accounting at several institutions and corporations within the Charlottesville business area.
Ellen Martin from Octavo LLC and Business Advisor, CV SBDC, Ellen is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Online Advanced. Her background meshes multi-faceted for-profit and not-for-profit business experience. She employs holistic and strategic thinking to advance organizational missions. Ellen brings results-driven experience in myriad facets of business best practices to Octavo. Her work has encompassed the private sector, higher education, voluntary sector, and entrepreneurial pursuits.
