Does your business plan need work? Do you not have a business plan yet? Join us to learn the ins and outs of writing a business plan.
A strong business plan offers a foundation for your small business to succeed. Business plans are used when expanding a business to make sure you maintain profitability and efficiency in operations, help set guides for operations when you start, and to ensure that you get the most bang for your buck.
Participants will receive a business model canvas, business plan template, and other useful handouts.

Rebecca Haydock is the Director of the Central Virginia Small Business Development Center, a member of an active regional investor group, a multi-business owner, and has started, grown, and operated companies from bagels to biotech. She has been advising and mentoring companies for 30 years and is a financial and marketing strategist that gets fully energized when she hears “I want to start a business” or “I want to grow my business.”Rebecca will talk about the tips and tools that successful entrepreneurs have in common and how to fit those into a fulfilling personal and business life. She will go over these tools and is available to chat in a group setting and confidentially, one-on-one.
