Understanding Intellectual Property from the USPTO: A Deep Dive into Pathways for Your IP

ICAP and Virginia Bio are excited to announce our next presentation – Understanding Intellectual Property: A Deep Dive into Pathways for Your IP. During this session, the USPTO will cover everything a startup should know in order to protect their intellectual property. This will include several examples from the life sciences and healthcare, but the information will be relevant to all early-stage companies. Following the initial presentation, there will be breakout sessions to cover specific topic areas in more detail. These will be led by an ICAP Mentor and USPTO expert.
The session will be held on Wednesday, February 22nd, from 1pm to 3pm. There will be several ways to attend the event, including in-person at the USPTO in Alexandria, virtually, and at several in-person watch party locations around the Commonwealth.
