We’ll discuss employee engagement and why it matters, including understanding the significant ways manager behavior impacts employee performance.

• Understand and articulate the key drivers of employee engagement that Gallup measures and their impact on organizational performance
• Recognize and apply seven insights of managers who inspire employee engagement
• Learn how to model and teach related behaviors to supervisors throughout the organization​
