Mesa comes to us with over a decade of experience in customer service. She most recently managed the office of a local government contracting business and was the personal assistant of a serial entrepreneur. She is pursuing a degree in Emergency and Disaster Management. As the Client and Operations Manager, Mesa is helping entrepreneurs find the resources they need while helping the Central Virginia SBDC develop systems to handle increased demand in client service requests.
