Contracting: Preparing a Powerful Capabilities Statement

March 25, 2021 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am

Capabilities Statements are becoming a critical tool for competing in and remaining successful at the very competitive government contracting marketplace.

This tool allows vendors to provide company information that is most critical to a particular decision-maker; to state it in a clear, concise manner; and to reinforce company qualifications for a particular project.

Capabilities Statements are now required in many government registration processes as a means of providing proof of  “capacity and capability” as well as the ability to be a “responsible and responsive” bidder.  A strong Statement is also a way of opening the door for new opportunities!

This intermediate level contracting class will:

  • provide you with a template for use in creating your company’s Statement
  • walk you through how and what to include
  • provide examples of a strong statement.
