Jess Thompson joins the team as the Rural Ecosystem Navigator.
Jess is a 2021 graduate of the entrepreneur class and owns an art studio in Orange County. For the past year she has also been a work group leader for the Culpeper-Orange Workshop. She is passionate about helping other entrepreneurs reach their goals and become vital members of their local communities. She has worked a variety of roles, but her focus has always been creating strong community networks that benefit everyone. Jess serves on several non profit boards, including the Orange County Chamber of Commerce and is a member of her local Rotary Club.
